海关总署公告2019年第77号（关于全面推广原产地证书自助打印的公告）

为进一步优化口岸营商环境，促进跨境贸易便利化，海关总署决定自2019年5月20日起，全面推广原产地证书自助打印。现就有关事宜公告如下：

　　一、原产地证书申请人或代理人可通过国际贸易“单一窗口”（https://www.singlewindow.cn）或“互联网+海关”一体化网上办事平台（http://online.customs.gov.cn），自行打印海关审核通过的版式化原产地证书，打印证书种类详见附件。

　　二、原产地证书申请人或代理人在打印前需通过国际贸易“单一窗口”或“互联网+海关”一体化网上办事平台，上传原产地证书企业声明栏所需的电子签章和申办员电子签名。操作手册可在国际贸易“单一窗口”自行下载。

　　特此公告。
